About us
First, an introduction is necessary ; so let’s introduce ourselves! This blog’s origin comes from the meeting of four students. We all have in common our distance learning course, and we happen to study blogging in our common english class ; so we got on with creating our own blog! Célia, Joséphine and Loriane are studying Languages Sciences and Communication and Louison is following a classics and French literature course. Even if our courses are very different we all share the love of foreign cultures. Our various interests enable us to approach these cultures from different angles. It's clear everyone has his/her own view on different issues, however this is crucial to the enrichment of all. Célia brings us her knowledge of cinema , the insatiable curiosity of Josephine enables us to focus on the unexpected, Loriane who maintains a journalistic vision contributes greatly to the quality of our articles and Louison, a fan of history and social sciences, enriches our point of view about the subjects we intend to discuss with you? In our own way and with our own experience, we all have a shared desire to share and spread our knowledge that is a reflection of the vast diversity of our world ?
Our blog
Our theme is “Make a difference” because this is the core of the project that brings us together, and the central idea of this blog. Indeed, what more obvious and more elegant than difference ? Nothing, other than our present blog? We offer you a series of various articles about particularities of certain countries without limiting ourselves to one particular culture. We will discuss their long lasting traditions, their linguistic expressions, their singular customs or their different ways of consuming ? To that end, we will share with you, readers, articles that will have, a journalistic range but primarily a cultural scope, for the purposes of informing you, moving you and amusing you. Our aim is to enable as many people as possible to quench their thirst for knowledge and to see the world differently because these are the differences that bind us together.We hope to be able to provide you with interesting subjects and an original outlook in our articles.
